Roadmap

What is in preparation. Nothing announced here as in preparation is available today.

In preparation, no committed date

The order of the list indicates neither a priority nor a schedule. An item is announced as available only once it is delivered and tested.

Off the roadmap: delivered

These items used to be listed here. They are delivered and tested, with the limits stated.

  • Delivered

    Multi-user containerised deployment

An installation in containers, on your side, for several users at the same time. Sign-in with the company directory remains in preparation.

  • Delivered

    Editable supplier record

Payment terms, group buyer, contract type and transport, gathered and editable on one record, with contract expiry alerts set on the notice period.

  • Delivered

    Import file per ERP

A file in the format of each ERP (CSV, Excel, JSON, XML, fixed width), checked by supply planning, reversible, then read back from the ERP. The format of each ERP is set from a sample file provided by your IT department. The tool never writes to the ERP: a person imports the file.

  • Delivered

    Company branding

Colours, logo and menu names, set by an administrator, with a preview, a contrast check and the option to undo.

  • Delivered

    Supplier convergence

Say whether a supplier belongs to the group, is tolerated or is exotic, for the whole supplier or for a single family of items, and bring up the gap that is left to deal with. A supplier that was never qualified is never assumed exotic: its spend is shown apart. Only the purchasing manager decides, with a reason, and that decision can be revised or annulled.

  • Delivered

    Substitution of an exotic reference

For a reference bought from an exotic supplier, the tool proposes the equivalents it already knows at group suppliers, compared in the same unit and the same currency. The buyer accepts or rejects, with a reason: nothing is ordered, written to an ERP or recalculated. When no equivalent exists, the screen carries the request for help to the partner manufacturer. What is delivered is the proposal, the traced decision and that request; the equivalence base between manufacturers and the similarity assistant remain in preparation.

  • Delivered

    New items

Spot the references no earlier supplier price list carried, and qualify them: to be created, or rejected. The request goes out as a file that a person injects into the ERP: the tool never writes to an ERP. The qualification screen is delivered; the scheduled watch of new references remains in preparation.

  • Delivered

Intercompany transfer price in the group best price

For an entity that buys an item, its transfer price to the other group companies (its purchase price plus a margin, plus freight) is compared with the best supplier price. The transfer price applies to this comparison only: analysis, savings and price control do not use it yet. The per-line freight formula is for your finance team to review, and the tool does not check whether the selling company can really absorb the volume.

  • Delivered

    Volume proposal for supply planning

When a price rise is announced, the profitable quantity to order on top of your MRP's requirement, entity by entity, net of stock, open orders and planned orders. It is decision support, shown in the supply planner's task list: the tool writes nothing to the ERP. It does not read the ERP directly (stock, orders and planned orders come from files supplied by your IT department), has no dedicated screen and does not recalculate by itself after a synchronisation.

  • Delivered

    Provenance zones and transport norm

The company sets its provenance zones; an item's zone is entered in bulk with a preview and is never deduced from a country. The buyer compares an item's transport share with the median of its ERP family, then of its zone. The thresholds have no default value: until your purchasing team sets them, everything stays not assessable. The zone is entered by command for now, not on screen; the list of zones and the thresholds are for the company to confirm.

  • Delivered

Commercial manager and site manager screens

The commercial manager follows volume commitments (kept or not) and joint visits with the buyer, with no price or margin, and enters their visits. The site manager sees their own company only: savings, price-control gaps and ERP application delays, read-only. Each screen is filtered on the server to the signed-in account. "Kept" means achieved over twelve months at least equal to committed (a default rule, to be confirmed); the state of commitments is not kept period by period and is not linked to annual agreements.

  • Delivered

Portable per-ERP export model, and its measured gain

An ERP's file model is exported and re-imported as YAML: strict import with a preview, a new cancellable version. The tool also measures the model's gain: the share of a price list's lines that come out safe, and those still to check. An earlier production without counts gives empty values, never zero. Each format still has to be set on a sample file from a real ERP, supplied by your IT department.

What the tool does not do

These points are not on the roadmap.

  • Write directly to the ERP.
  • Forecast prices: advice starts from an announced increase.
  • Send your data to a remote artificial intelligence.
  • Host your data at the publisher.
