Who sees what

Three levels combine: the profile (the screens it opens), the profile’s base rights (act, see commercial data, see purchase prices), and the optional rights that the administrator can open for specific profiles only. This page describes what the application does as of 19 October 2026; the complete detail, screen by screen, remains in the user manual (part A, § 2).

Profile Act Commercial Purchase prices Technical Extraction cap Accounts it can create
Buyer yes no yes no 5 000 lines supply planner
Supply planner no no yes no 2 000 lines none
Procurement manager yes no yes no 20 000 lines buyer, supply planner
Data steward yes no yes yes 20 000 lines none
Procurement management no yes yes no 5 000 lines none
Finance no no yes no 2 000 lines none
Data architect yes no non yes 100 000 lines none
Administrator yes yes yes yes 100 000 lines all profiles
Supply chain manager no no no no 20 000 lines supply planner
Sales manager no yes no no 5 000 lines none
Site manager yes no yes no 5 000 lines none

Act is the right to take a decision in the tool (confirm, resolve, delete, acknowledge). A profile that does not act only consults: the engine would refuse its write even if a button existed. What a profile does not see on screen, it cannot extract: forbidden columns are removed from the file, not just hidden. Nobody creates an account more powerful than their own, and a manager never creates another manager.

The total is 50 screens as of 19 October 2026. The three profiles added on 16 October also have their screens: supply chain manager → Purchasing; sales manager → Commitments and visits (their home), then Sales; site manager → My company and Group best price.

  • Sales shows turnover, margins and customers: the screen only appears if the “commercial data” right is effective (automatically for Procurement management and the administrator, on an option validated by the administrator for the buyer, the manager and the steward).
  • The buyer only sees their suppliers, those the manager assigned to them, in the screens “Strong-increase thresholds”, “Supplier record”, “Supplier records: list and comparison” and “Family compliance”.
  • Intercompany prices is reserved for the procurement manager and the administrator: no optional right widens it.
  • Group best price: the end customer’s name is only visible to profiles with the effective commercial right.

An optional right is granted by the administrator to a profile, with a mandatory reason. The operation is traced (author, date, reason), can be undone, and nothing is erased. It takes effect at the person’s next sign-in. When a closed rule exists, the engine refuses to enable the right on any profile other than those of the list: it is not a setting.

Right What it opens Profiles it can be granted to
commercial Sales screen, turnover, margins, customers all except Finance and Data architect (closed list)
export.dossier_negociation negotiation file, analysis workbook, memo architect, buyer, manager, administrator only
export.erp.controle_appro rule on the “to check” lines before the ERP export supply planner and administrator (closed list)
transport.saisir enter, import and cancel transport over a period supply planner only
transport.controler check the transport entered by the supply planners buyer only
transport.couts write the grids, free-carriage thresholds and transport prices supply planner and administrator
prix_achat.saisir enter “the right purchase price” of a product for a company supply planner and administrator (closed list)
declarer_perte declare a loss (expiry, breakage, quality, other) supply planner, buyer, manager, administrator
journal.configurer traceability level of the log technical profile only (data architect)

Other rights exist (exports, archives, log); the complete list, with what happens while no grant is recorded, is in the user manual (part A, § 2). The administrator sets a right with the command python -m tarifs profil option activer, or, for several profiles at once, with the “Rights by profile — bulk change” card of the Accounts screen.
