Unused ERP suppliers

Management › Unused ERP suppliers. A company’s ERP may hold suppliers the group does not manage in the tool: no supplier record, no filed price list, no assigned buyer. This screen lets you say, code by code, whether they are used by the group or not. Allow five minutes. The purchasing manager and the administrator decide; the management reads.

State What it means
To classify The code is read in the ERP, but neither managed by the group nor classified. The tool proposes “not used” and warns you; it decides nothing. Until you classify it, the code is read exactly as before.
Not used You declared it. It leaves the analyses, tasks, alerts, assignment lists, ERP anomalies and coverage indicators. It stays visible here, with its volume and its last movement.
Reopened You had classed it and reopened it: it is read again as before, its history is kept.
Now managed A price list was filed, a buyer assigned or a code correspondence set: the exclusion stops by itself, the past decision stays in the history.

Click Class as not used on the row, write the reason (at least 10 characters: “local subcontractor, never listed by the group”), then See the preview. The preview, computed by the engine, says what will be set aside (lines read, references, last movement). Nothing is written before Confirm.

The Class all the proposals button accepts every “to classify” code in one gesture, as one single operation you can cancel in one go.

Reopen puts a “not used” code back into the analyses. The history at the bottom of the screen keeps every decision, with its author, date and reason; Cancel restores the earlier state (never a deletion).

A supplier set aside disappears from the figures: that decision binds the purchasing manager, and it is traced. The tool proposes, you decide, and the screen always shows what you are setting aside. See also the reference manual (“ERP suppliers not used by the group”) and rule RF-156.
